We typically book projects 1-3 months in advance to ensure every client gets the attention and care they deserve. If you have a specific launch date or deadline, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
Do you offer à la carte design services?
Our focus is on full brand identity projects and ongoing creative direction partnerships, ensuring that every visual touchpoint works together to tell a cohesive brand story. While we occasionally offer add-on design support for existing clients (like social graphics or packaging extensions), we do not offer isolated, one-off design services for new clients.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we offer flexible payment plans to make investing in your brand more accessible, including Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.
Do you only work with certain industries?
While we specialize in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, non-profits and DTC brands, we’re always open to working with founders who share our love for intentional design and bold creative storytelling.
What if I’m not ready for a full project?
If you’re just getting started or need expert feedback on your current visuals, you can book a Creative Strategy Session — a 60-minute 1:1 call where we review your brand, audit your visuals, and create a tailored action plan.
How do I book a project with you?
The first step is filling out our client application form on our website. We will review your inquiry and schedule a discovery call if it’s a good fit.
What happens if I need to pause my project?
Projects can be paused for up to 10 days. After that, a rebooking fee may apply to resume work and secure a new spot in our schedule.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive a mix of AI, PNG, JPG, PDF, and EPS files, depending on your project needs. Your offboarding guide will include explanations on when and how to use each file format.
What if I need additional designs later?
We offer ongoing design services for past clients and creative retainers for brands needing continuous support. Returning clients always get priority scheduling.
Do you provide guidance on using my brand assets?
Yes! Your offboarding guide includes detailed instructions, and we’re happy to provide additional consulting if needed.
