HOW IT WORKS

HOW IT WORKS 〰️
1). APPLICATION
Fill out our form to confirm that we can meet your design goals, expectations, and needs.
You’ll also agree to our terms as part of the application process, ensuring everything is aligned for a successful VIP Day.
2). CHOOSE YOUR DAY
Secure your spot by submitting a 50% deposit.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link to upload all necessary deliverables.
I’ll review everything during our scheduled call to ensure we’re aligned before the VIP Day.
3). DISCOVERY CALL
Up to 1 week before your VIP Day, we’ll schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to align on your project goals and finalize your design wishlist.
This ensures we’re fully prepared to hit the ground running on the big day!
4). PRE-VIP DAY
Before your VIP Day, you’ll receive a detailed to-do list from me, along with any final questions regarding your brand or the content provided.
This ensures we have everything we need to move forward smoothly and efficiently.
5). THE VIP DAY
I’ll kick off the day early and dedicate a full 8 hours exclusively to your project. To keep everything efficient and moving forward, I’ll need you to be readily available via email, Voxer or the communication app of your choosing for any quick approvals or feedback. You will have access to us during your entire intensive and will be our ONLY client. Meaning 100% of our attention is on you!
6). THE NEXT DAY
The final payment is due!
Once completed, all of your final files will be uploaded to your custom client portal for easy access. You’ll also receive a video walkthrough and personalized recommendations to help you move forward with your new designs. As part of our offboarding, you’ll have 30 days of email support for any questions about the work completed during the intensive.

When you select your Design VIP Day you will have the option of paying in full, or paying your reservation fee (25%) and the rest on your VIP Day. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. If you prefer a payment plan option, we accept Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay, which can be customized to your liking through each platform.

I work primarily in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Squarespace, WordPress (specifically the Divi theme), Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs/Slides. I am familiar with other platforms as well, which we can discuss by email. Let me know what you’re interested in and I’ll do my best to help! If I’m not the right fit, I’m always happy to help you find a professional who specializes in the application you need.

Design VIP Days run from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (I'm based in the Sunshine State, FL!) with a half hour break for lunch at noon. If you are in a different time zone and these hours are difficult for you, we may be able to adjust the times slightly. Let's discuss further in a discovery call!

By working together through a day rate model, we are able to streamline your project and produce results quickly and efficiently. The compressed timeline means less project management and back and forth and more time focusing completely on the work. I block a full day to focus 100% on your project and with fast communication we can work through feedback and approvals much more quickly.

No, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds, as it is reserving time on my calendar that I have specifically set aside for you and your project. Once your 50% deposit is paid, we are able to reschedule your day if needed and the deposit can be applied to the new date (this is allowed as a one time courtesy). The deposit amount can be applied to a new date within 3 months after the initial payment is made.

We can chat through an app called Voxer (don't worry, you don't have to make an account) or if you have a chat platform you prefer like Slack, we can chat about it in the discovery call.
