FAQs — Working With 608 & Co.
What if I do not like the first draft?
We revise it. Unlimited times, at no extra charge. We ask enough questions upfront to get it right quickly, but we do not stop until you are genuinely happy with the work.
How fast can you actually turn things around?
First drafts on social content and email design typically land within 48 to 72 hours. Larger projects like brand identities are scoped with a clear timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you work with brands that are just starting out?
Yes, especially for brand identity projects. If you are pre-launch and building from scratch, that is one of our favorite engagements. Retainer work tends to be a better fit once you have product and some momentum.
What if I need something outside the retainer scope?
We quote it separately and get your approval before starting. No surprise invoices. If it keeps happening, we talk about whether your tier still fits.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Retainer engagements are month-to-month after the first 30 days. We want you to stay because the work is good, not because you are locked in.
What does a typical month look like on retainer?
You send requests as they come up. We confirm turnaround times, execute, review internally, and deliver. Most clients get 8 to 15 deliverables a month depending on their tier. You always know what is in progress.
